Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizers we cordially invite you to attend the 4th FoodConf (Conference on Food Science and Technology), which will take place from 9-11 June 2022, in Budapest, Hungary. The conference is organized on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Faculty of Food Science (new name Institute of Food Science and Technology).
The 4th FoodConf is organized in cooperation with the Institute of Food Science and Technology, Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE), the Scientific Committee on Food Science, the Scientific Committee on Agricultural and Biological Engineering as well as the Scientific Committee on Horticulture and Food Science of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Foundation of Food Science.
The idea of the conference is to bring together scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities and from the Food Industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the Industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates from all over the World to exchange new ideas and experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find new partners for future collaboration.
The program will cover all the major fields of Food Science and Technology, including the application of Industry 4.0 in food sector.
The official language will be English; however, some sessions will be organized exclusively for local participants in Hungarian.
Presentations will include invited plenary (30 min) and keynote lectures (20+5 min), lectures (15+5 min), and poster sessions.
